描述: Reel to Sheet Cutting Machine (Spur Gear Type) is built with heavy Cast Iron side walls and the cutting knives is made by WPS with 2 to 3 HP DC Motor. The control panel having the function to control speed with digital counter. Nylon sandwich belt with double tightner to tight belt once is got loose due to continuous operation. Complete gear set to change the cutting length of sheet as per given booklet. Reel stand is provided to carry Paper Reel or 2 ply Reel complete brake and shaft. No cutting variation and no cross cutting in this machine. Gear stand is provided with machine to put spur gear. Gears are made from SG casting for longer life. Totally bearing mounted machine which ensure longer life of machine. Spur gears on the machine cuts the sheets as per need. A separate "Size Book" is give for fixing such gears according to the required Length of Sheet. And this process to change gear takes only 5 min.
