3.3. SPIBO does not assume responsibility for any vendor's business operations, transactions, or commitments.
4. User Eligibility

10. Dispute Resolution

10.2. If a dispute cannot be resolved, users may escalate the matter to SPIBO, which may, at its discretion, provide mediation services.
10.3. Any disputes arising out of or related to the use of the Platform shall be governed by the laws of India, and users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, India.
10.4. SPIBO shall not be held liable for any disputes arising from B2B transactions conducted through its platform.
